Responsibilities:
Perform adjustment and repair of air conditioning equipment
Requirements:
– Experience of 1 year in HVAC;
– English level: Intermediate
Conditions:
– Full-time W2 employment + 401k;
– Commission 35-40% of project profit;

Fuse San Francisco is looking for HVAC Installer
Responsibilities:
– Install HVAC systems in commercial and residential buildings;
– Install rooftop heating and air conditioning units as well as indoor and outdoor units in residential and commercial buildings;
– Use various tools required for HVAC installation; Replace air ducts;
– Follow instructions for selecting and delivering parts, tools, materials, and supplies to the job site and during work;
– Inspect and maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good working order;
– Coordinate work with team members to ensure excellent customer service;
– Ensure that all HVAC systems comply with industry standards and regulations;
– Supervise the work of HVAC helpers and train them according to the training program.
Requirements:
– Experience of 1 year as HVAC installer;
– Owning tools is an advantage, but they can be rented from the company. – English level: Intermediate
Conditions:
– W2 employment with full-time work;
– Commission 25-35% of project profit + bonuses for self-training and additional payment for having/obtaining certificates.
– Pension contributions 401k;
– Possibility of growth to HVAC Installation Lead;
– Salary increases after two years in the company.
