Fuse San Francisco is looking for HVAC Installer

Responsibilities:
Install HVAC systems in commercial and residential buildings;
Install rooftop heating and air conditioning units as well as indoor and outdoor units in residential and commercial buildings;
Use various tools required for HVAC installation;
Replace air ducts;
Follow instructions for selecting and delivering parts, tools, materials, and supplies to the job site and during work;
Inspect and maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good working order;
Coordinate work with team members to ensure excellent customer service;
Ensure that all HVAC systems comply with industry standards and regulations;
Supervise the work of HVAC helpers and train them according to the training program.

Requirements:
Experience of 1 year as HVAC installer;
Owning tools is an advantage, but they can be rented from the company.
English level: Intermediate

Conditions:
W2 employment with full-time work;
Commission 25-35% of project profit + bonuses for self-training and additional payment for having/obtaining certificates.
Pension contributions 401k;
Possibility of growth to HVAC Installation Lead;
Salary increases after two years in the company.
