Cancellation Policy:
  1. The cancellation charges shall be reasonable and shall not exceed a predetermined percentage of the remaining contract value or any other mutually agreed-upon amount.
  2. In the event that a minimum of one maintenance visit has taken place, we will apply a fee of $199 per each unit for a Fuse OneTime Maintenance Service instead of annual payment for the contract. This offer is valid for 30 days since payment for the contract has been made.
  3. Following the termination of the contract, the client is entitled to a 15% labor discount on their next one time service with Fuse Service company.
  4. If no maintenance visits have been conducted, Fuse Service will refund the full amount client has paid.
  5. In case the technician carried out tasks covered by the service contract during the initial visit, and these tasks are not part of the list for one-time maintenance, there will be a separate charge for this work.
  6. To avoid potential extra charges or penalties outlined in the contract, it is essential to submit a notice of contract withdrawal within a 15-day period.
