Fuse electricians and HVAC workers installed a heat pump system with a condenser and four mini-splits in our home in San Francisco. It was a major purchase for us, and we could not afford for anything to go wrong. We are SO HAPPY with all the work that the FUSE people did. From beginning to end, they were professional, careful, skilled, and polite. They covered their shoes to protect our floors. They cleaned up after themselves. They arrived when they said they would, and did what they said they would at the price they promised. In the end, the city inspector complimented how careful and thorough their work was. Never seen that before! We could not be happier with the heat from the mini-splits. It was expensive, and SO worth it!! I would recommend this company to all my friends! Thank you for this amazing heating system!

I had two techs from other companies look at my rental unit's gas wall heater. The heater would go on but pilot light would not stay lit. One tech suggested the tenants just re-light pilot every time because the breeze from outside was probably blowing it out The second tech suggested we needed a new heater, estimating $5000+. I called Fuse HVAC. at that point, expressing my frustration. The person in charge of scheduling listened to my concerns, noted them for the tech assigned and clarified the charges involved. I was pleasantly surprised when Fuse HVAC tech found the problem (faulty ignition switch) within the first 15 minutes of his visit! He ordered the part and installed it as soon as it arrived. Throughout this process he was professional, aware of resources needed and efficient! I am happy to recommend Fuse HAVAC with a 5 star rating!

Fuse installed a new ducted heat pump in our home. They were very professional, efficient, and reliable every step of the way. Their pricing is transparent. They are very responsive to questions. They have great craftsmanship, covered the floors consistently from the front door to the work area, and work quickly and efficiently. The new system has been working great (it's been over a year). I would definitely hire them again.

The “Electrical Wizard” himself fixed a problem in an hour that took another electrician two days to identify and not fix. Mikhail is quick, efficient, knowledgeable! He’s so good we have decided to have him redo our whole who’s electrical when it is time. Highly recommend!!!

This is the second time we've used Fuse to install a ductless A/C, this time for an 18,000 unit in our main room. I was getting estimates from other companies and Fuse truly stands out in their professionalism - from prompt responses and on-time arrivals (with an app to see where technician is) to comprehensive estimates and follow-through. Found Fuse HVAC on Yelp and I'm glad I went with them to fix the AC unit at my business. Max was the tech who did the estimate and fixed the system. He was great and fixed it within a few hours. The AC has been blowing cold ever since. His experience shows as he was able to fix it in one go. I had another guy try and failed 2 times but still charged. These guys are legit and the pricing was great. They are honest!!! I will definitely call them next time.

Mikhail and his team did a great job installing heat pump and minisplits, removing old furnace and cushioning the outside roof unit (from last year's installation, which vibrated badly.) So far everything works as well as the system installed last year(which we like so much that we did the upstairs this year.) They mostly managed to install the units above doors and windows so there was minimal disruption of our wall decor. Everything was left clean and in its place. Very nice people. And he remembered to send me photos of the roof installation!

We needed our Goodman furnace replaced and Victor came in to check and assess. He immediately heard our budget and recommended reasonably sound options(not many furnace salesmen do). After going back for about 3 weeks, we finally chose Bryant furnace and technicians: Micheal and Denise came in to do the replacement. My husband and I had many questions and they never hesitated to answer and gave us information that we needed about furnace, the water heater and even offered their suggestions that are suited to our needs. The replacement took one full day as the process was extensive but they never complained. After replacing the furnace, they cleaned out and put everything as where it was and even dusted our pipes!!! The small gestures go looong way and now we have smooth furnace and very happy with this experience. When we reached out after hours to ask follow up questions, both Victor and Micheal called me back to answer!! My god, talk about customer service.

They were very responsive. Brought them in to debug our unresponsive furnace and it took them about one minute to discover the issue which is that a carpenter had cut the wire to the thermostat. (Incidentally an electrician thought this was not the issue!) They performed a wire replacement for what I consider a reasonable fee - which solved the problem - and I would hire them again.
